Hunter’s View @ Frost Creek Update:
Only 4 Remaining!
As summer nears its end and the leaves start to change in the Rocky Mountains, we wanted to keep you updated on the changes that are to come with Frost Creek’s real estate offering.
We are very excited that our newest offerings in the Hunter’s View neighborhood are starting to fill up – 11 of the 15 luxury homes have been spoken for since the start of sales this summer!
In light of this fact, the developer has decided that the sale pricing of the remaining Phase I homes will be increasing. On September 28th, 2020 each of the remaining homes will see an increase in price of 5%, so if you are interested in one of the last available listings in this brand new mountain community, I would strongly encourage you to act now before the prices go up!
It appears the secret is out :). Hurry up and contact Kakie before you miss your opportunity on the home of your dreams!
