Dear Frost Creek Members,

I have great news to announce!  We’re dropping prices effective immediately, we’re loosening some of the reservation restrictions and bringing 5 new cabins, directly on Brush Creek, online for opening day!

The cabins at Frost Creek are such a special amenity for our National and Local members.  When our community was in its infancy, they were integral to the experience of the National Membership and were always in extremely high demand.  To protect most of the memberships access to cabin availability the club put up some reservation guardrails and used pricing to maintain open units for you to use.  Fast forward to 2024 and there are 87 homes in the community creating the ability for us to make our cabin product more available.  We appreciate your continued support of the club and are excited to announce the following changes:

  • Prices have dropped for all cabins to $750 per night on weekends (Friday/Saturday) and $638 per night on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday)!
  • You are allowed to have 3 reservations on the books at any one time.  Additionally, you can make as many last-minute reservations (within 2 weeks of your stay) as you would like.  They don’t count against your 3 initial reservations.
  • We allow group bookings for up to 5 cabins any day of the week in our new Hunters View Cabins. Reach out to Luke Callaghan at concierge@frostcreek.com for availability. Bring a corporate group, a group of golf friends or a family reunion!
  • National and Local Members have a 120-day booking window.

New Cabins on Brush Creek in Hunters View.  We’ve named them after Colorado Trout.  (Brook, Brown, Cutthroat, Lake, Rainbow)

  • $750 per night ($638 on Weekdays).
  • Garages with an included 4-seater golf cart per cabin.
  • 4 of them are 4bdrm/4.5 bath.  1 is 4bdrm/3.5 bath with a large den.
  • If you are an angler, access to Brush Creek is just out your back door.

 

Lock-Off Cabins. (Sage, Shooting Star, Yarrow)

These are important as individual units for couples or smaller groups, so we are keeping Shooting Star and Yarrow as cabins that are only available for individual room rental.

  • Sage Cabin is $750 per night ($638 on Weekdays).
  • Shooting Star and Yarrow are only available for individual room rentals.
    • Master Room $400
    • Lock-Off Rooms $200 per room.
  • Included 4 seater golf cart per cabin for Master room resident.

 

Original Cabins (Bluebells, Buttercup, Columbine, Larkspur, Primrose)

  • $750 per night ($638 on Weekdays).
  • 2-seat golf cart included per cabin.
  • Dog Friendly Cabins (These are our only dog friendly units)
    • $50 per dog per night fee.
  • New large screen TV’s going into the living rooms of each cabin this spring.
