Frost Creek Pool Policy
Registration
- It is required for a member of each family to register with their name, number of guests and account number with a staff member in the grill at the pool house when arriving.
- Guest fee is $20.00 per guest. There will be no guest fee for children 5 years old and younger.
- The member must always remain with the guest in the pool area. If the guest arrives prior to the member’s arrival, the guest must wait outside the pool area until the member arrives.
- Member’s vertical family, (parents, non-dependent children or grandchildren) are exempt from the guest fee.
- Children aged 12 and under must not be left at the pool without a parent or guardian. They can be accompanied by a caregiver, who will pay a guest fee. Any member children accompanied by a caregiver can only bring 1 total additional guest to the pool.
- Dependent member children 13 or older, unsupervised by an adult, can bring no more than (1) guest to the pool.
Towels
- Towels are available to use from the pool; limited to one towel, per guest. Towels are not allowed to be taken from the pool. Towels should not be taken back to the cabins and may not be used at the paddle board pond.
Food Service
- Food and beverage consumed at the pool must be purchased from one of the Frost Creek restaurants.
General Rules
- Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire when swimming in the pool. Cutoff jeans or shorts are not permitted in the pool. Swim diapers are required for children not yet potty-trained.
- Members and their guests will not be permitted in the Clubhouse in swimming suits.
- Running, pushing and rough play will not be allowed in the pool area.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Anyone using profanity will be asked to vacate the pool area immediately.
- Spitting, spouting or nose-blowing in the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Use of flotation devices must be approved by Management.
- Chaise lounges are reserved for adults only.
