Arrival time is 4pm or anytime after the Concierge or Luke Callaghan send the
door codes to you on the day of arrival.

Housekeeping
Any additional housekeeping needs or services are by request to the Concierge or Luke Callaghan and may incur an additional fee. A full clean of any cabin during the stay can be done at 175.00 rate.
Departure
Check-out time is 10am. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed
from the Cabin by 10am. All late checkouts must be communicated to the Concierge or
Luke Callaghan at least 24 hours in advance and may incur an additional fee
Trash
For your convenience we have a garbage shed at the original and lock off cabins
or larger garbage cans in the garages of Hunters view or Gray Rock cabins.
Extra Ice
For your convenience there is a large Ice Maker at the pool house to bag ice.
Pet Policy
Our pet friendly cabins are Buttercup, Bluebells, Columbine, Larkspur and
Primrose only please do not bring pets into any other cabins or buildings. We have a
50.00$ per night fee for dogs. All dogs must remain on a leash when outside of cabin.
Please pick up after your dog and help us keep Frost Creek dog waste free. We have
placed bags and garbage cans around the property.
For the comfort of all of our guests, thank you for not smoking or vaping in or around the
cabins or clubhouse.
Original Cabins: the smoke detectors are sensitive. There is a lock box (1094) by the
front entry closet. Turn the key in the alarm to reset and return the key to the box.
