This Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana) yoga practice is great for opening hips and finding your balance through strength and stability. A prop is recommended such as a yoga block, stack of books or even a water bottle for a few extra inches of support. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience. 45minutes.
