10 May I wish there were pictures of the members!
I frequently get asked if we have a member “picture book” so a member can refresh their memory of how everyone looks without masks. That was a joke but it’s always nice to see a photo of someone to help trigger your memory or to confirm which T. Woods has a locker in the men’s locker room.
The short answer is yes we have a member roster on the password protected website (and app) and just like all electronics these days it’s extremely easy to add or change your photo. Follow these easy steps to make your photo accessible to the membership. You only have to add your photo in one of the locations below, whichever is easier for you.
Online:
- Make sure you have your favorite headshot (make sure to center your head in the photo) of yourself saved on your computer. If you choose a family or full body photo the page will shrink the picture beyond recognition.
- Under the “Member Central” tab click on “Roster”
- In the top right of the next page next to your name click “Edit”
- Under your picture click “Change Photo”
- Choose the headshot on your computer
- Click Save
- The club approves any changes to the roster on a daily basis
On the App:
- Take a sweet headshot with your phone or go into your camera and edit one of your favorite pictures into a headshot (make sure to center your head in the photo). If you choose a family or full body photo the page will shrink the picture beyond recognition.
- Log into the app and click on “Roster”
- In the top right of the next page next to your name click the 3 vertical dots and choose “Edit”
- Under your picture click “Photo Options” and then “Change Photo”
- Allow Clubhouse Online to use your camera this one time
- Choose the headshot on your camera
- Click Save
- The club approves any changes to the roster on a daily basis.
