FROST CREEK INITIATION FEES INCREASING!
INITIATION FEES are DOUBLING!!!
Membership Initiation Fees will increase to the following EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 18th, 2020:
- National Membership From $30,000 To $60,000
- Local Membership From $35,000 To $70,000
- For those who purchase Developer Owned Real Estate (Homesites or Hunter’s View Residences): Resident Social Membership upgrade to Resident Premier Golf Membership will increase from $25,000 to $50,000
You have all known over the past six years that Frost Creek has been an amazing value; almost too good to be true. The plan has always been to keep the pricing attractive until we had a healthy and sustainable membership roster. Based on the success of this summer (and the past five years), Frost Creek has reached a position where we are adjusting the initiation fee to reflect the value of the Club.
2020 saw Frost Creek ranked as the 6th Best Private Course in Colorado by Golf Week, we sold 25 homesites, 13 of the 15 Hunter’s View Residences are under contract, and we approved 77 new Members. We will be launching 13 more Hunter’s View Residences this winter with the release of Phase II, so stay tuned!
If you have that certain friend that has always raved about Frost Creek and says they’ll be joining soon, this would be a good time to reach out and remind them that there is no time like the present.
