Full Winter Rental, Nov. 15-April 15, $25,000 ($5,000 per month). Reach out to Carrie to book.
Week-long Rental: Primrose
Primrose cabin (2 king suites and 2 double twin suites, pet friendly) is available to rent for week-long stays starting November 2nd. Book any week, Monday through Sunday, up to 4 consecutive weeks.
The rates are as follows:
For standard times (not specified as holiday):
- 1 week: $1500
- 2 consecutive weeks: $2750
- 4 consecutive weeks: $5000
Holiday weeks (specified below) $3000 for the week.
- November 23-29 Holiday rate
- December 21-27 Holiday rate
- December 28 – January 3 Holiday rate
Please reach out to Carrie for more details or to request the availability on a first-come, first-reserved basis. The days of the week will be firm with Monday through Sunday as the 7 night stay. 7 day cancellation policy.
The cabins will be stocked how you are accustomed for a short-term rental (i.e. when you run out of tp, laundry detergent, etc. you replenish during the remainder of your stay). Daily housekeeping service is trash removal, only.
