We’ve had a successful season of membership sales and are hoping to capitalize on the momentum before the end of the year initiation increase. Bring your friends and get $$$ (credit on your account). Currently we have 353 member families and would ideally operate between 360-370 families.
NEW: CASH CREDIT INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS to get NEW MEMBERS:
For every new member you refer who joins Frost Creek between now and the end of 2024, you will receive a substantial CASH credit on your member statement. It can even be used to pay your Annual Dues! The details are as followed:
- $10,000 for a NEW Full Golf Membership
- $5,000 for a NEW Young Professional Membership (only 5 more memberships available at this price)
- Conditions:
- This new member must be an actual new addition to our community—not someone purchasing real estate or someone we’ve been in conversation with for an extended period.
- As the referring member, you have the flexibility to allocate this credit however you see fit. You can choose to share it with the new member, keep it for yourself, or split the credit as you wish. All credits will appear on your member statements.
- Credit must be used in 2025

2025 Membership Initiation Pricing – Effective January 1, 2025:
- Local or National Golf Membership: $150,000
- Social Membership: $100,000 (Available only with Real Estate Purchase)
- Young Professional Golf Membership: $75,000
