12 Jul What’s new at Frost Creek in 2026
When I see members for their first visit of the season, it’s always the same question, “What’s new”? I usually reply with the thing that is most current on my mind and forget all the great things we added this year. Keep reading for a full list of “What’s new” at Frost Creek in 2026.
Golf Course:
- New mini tees and tee holder boxes on all par 3 tee boxes.
- New Underground trash cans to keep the birds out of the trash and reduce litter on the course.
- Joel received 5 new walking greens mowers.
- Stained all of the tread on the smaller bridges and boardwalks.
- New picker unit for the range. It’s what we use to collect the range balls.
Restaurant:
- Anita, our new Front of House F&B Director.
- Currently working on hiring a new chef.
- New banquet tables, hightop tables and banquet chairs.
- New F&B trailer for events.
- New condensers for our walk in Fridge and Freezer.
Clubhouse:
- 2 New Golf and Gaming Simulators in the “Corral”
- New Boardroom
- New access to the Ladies locker room.
- New carpet down the main stairway.
- New ATM in the Eagle Lounge.
Cabins:
- New carpet in all of the original cabins.
- New King mattresses in all of the original cabins.
- New metal caps on all horizontal beams at the original cabins.
Pool:
- Replastered, tiled and did extensive repairs on the pool and wader.
- New cushions for the pool deck furniture.
- New umbrellas
Activities:
- Transformative stream restoration on over 1.5 miles of Brush Creek.
- New fishing protocol to help protect our private waters (do you have your armband?).
- New 6 seater fishing cart to support angling programming, guiding and lessons.
- 2 more Small Orbea electric mountain bikes.
- 5 New stand up paddle boards for the pond.
- New floating trampoline at the pond.
- Expanded kids camp.
- Expanded activities around the 4th of July weekend.
